摩擦磨損試驗機工作原理

試樣的待磨層與摩擦紙，在荷重摩擦體的作用下，以規(guī)定的速度相互摩擦。通過測量摩擦前后密度的減少量（或涂層厚度的減少量），來判斷墨層（或涂層）的耐磨性。

摩擦磨損試驗機結(jié)構(gòu)原理

采用微電腦控制、LCD動態(tài)顯示、機電一體化原理，進行設(shè)定的摩擦試驗。試驗前將試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的、或操作者自定的摩擦次數(shù)輸入控制系統(tǒng)，試驗則可實現(xiàn)自動控制，并在每次試驗結(jié)束后蜂鳴提示。控制系統(tǒng)具有斷電記憶功能，即每次重新上電后，保持上次斷電前輸入的參數(shù)狀態(tài)。執(zhí)行機構(gòu)采用高精度齒輪減速微型電動機驅(qū)動摩擦體進行直線往復(fù)摩擦運動。
